Every day at the daily candle close the system checks all seven assets in the basket and asks one question: which one is strongest right now? It flags that single asset as the current leader and holds that read until something stronger emerges.
If nothing is strong enough — if the market is turning — it points to gold or cash instead. No guessing, no watching charts: one clear reading a day, instead of reacting on emotion.

Equity Only is a private, invitation-only membership for individuals I personally know through real-life connections. Access is strictly limited to a maximum of 50 members and is not offered to the general public.
By accessing the website or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
I provide proprietary analytical trading indicators (built for TradingView), educational content on how to use them, and systematic frameworks for interpreting market conditions. All Services are for informational and educational purposes only.

All indicators, educational materials, frameworks, and related content are my intellectual property. Upon being granted access, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not share, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or provide access to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works; use the Services to provide similar tools or education to others; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Any breach allows me to immediately terminate access without refund.
All payments are accepted in USDT cryptocurrency only via direct wallet transfer. A one-time non-refundable setup fee of $99 USDT is payable upon joining. The first-year annual membership fee is $1,188 USDT. Subsequent annual renewals are $1,999 USDT. The 12 month membership period commences from the date the system's G6 Risk Filter enters active trading mode as determined solely by me — not from the date of payment. Members may therefore receive more than 12 months of access depending on market conditions. Annual membership only — no monthly option is offered.
The pricing structure outlined above is disclosed in full before any payment is made. I reserve the right to adjust future pricing for both new and existing members. Existing members will be notified of any renewal pricing changes at least 60 days before their renewal date. Current pricing will continue to apply for the duration of any membership period already paid for.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access provided to indicators, system rules, education and setup materials, refunds are not provided once access has been granted. The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Access is granted on an invitation-only basis to individuals I personally know. Membership is strictly capped at 50 members. I reserve the right to approve or deny any application, and to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. I do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of indicators, or continuous access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any trading or financial losses, loss of profits, data, or opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. My total liability will not exceed the total fees you have paid to me in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $99 USDT, whichever is greater.
You agree to comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, not rely on the Services as the sole basis for any financial decision, and not misrepresent the Services as financial advice or signals.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties is resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Service Agreement signed by the member. Where these Terms and the signed Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement prevails. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply in your own jurisdiction.

Through direct communication I may collect basic contact details such as name and email address, and information needed to provide you access to the indicators and educational materials. I do not collect or store payment information — all payments are made via direct cryptocurrency transfer.
I use personal information only to grant and manage your access to the TradingView indicators and educational content, communicate important updates about the private membership, and respond to any questions you send me.
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I only share it where required by law, or with the service providers I use to run the membership (for example email, website hosting, and the members platform) strictly so they can perform those services.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.
You can contact me at any time to access or correct the personal information I hold about you, or to ask for deletion of your information (subject to any legal requirements). Because this is a very small private membership, I handle these requests directly and promptly.
